It will increase your comfort and your confidence underwater.
Once you have learned the basics of this amazing sport, you won’t be snorkeling the same way anymore!
You will be capable to spend more time underwater in a relaxed way.
The Discover Freediving course only takes a day and is divided into a theory session and a water session.
During the theory session, we will provide you with general knowledge about freediving, its disciplines and equipment. You will also learn the different techniques of equalization and breathing used to increase the time spent underwater.
During the water session, you will learn how to move underwater in an efficient way. We have a normal ratio of 2 students to 1 instructor, with an absolute maximum 3 to 1, allowing for greater personalized attention and tuition. The instructor always dives with each and every student to increase their confidence in their new abilities, thus making faster progress, but also to guarantee everyone’s safety which is our most important concern.
Upon completion of the course, you can decide whether you want to continue to the next level and be certified as a Freediver in just one more day.
