Freediving Instructor Needed

Apnea Total Malta is looking for a Freediving Instructor from April to October 2025 (both months included).

All agencies welcome with preference for Molchanovs. Must be ready to crossover to Apnea Total.

Responsabilities

• Teach beginner and advanced courses while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for all

• Conduct coaching sessions - Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help freedivers improve their skills and knowledge

• Lead expeditions to caves and wrecks (at times with underwater scooters)

• Uphold safety standards and protocols during all diving activities.

Requirements

Instructors of all levels and experience are encouraged to apply

• EU Citizen (or eligible to work in Malta - no visa sponsorship possible)

• Valid European Driving License. Good driving skills and road confidence

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Profile

• Demonstrated passion for freediving and a strong desire to teach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong Work ethic. We need a professional who is responsible, reliable, hard-working, and can take care of themselves physically and mentally. Someone resourceful, independent, and organised who understands what it is like to work as an instructor in a busy freediving school.

• Current First Aid/CPR certification
